ONESIA Solutions Inc. specialize in change and growth, both at the personal and professional level, serving individuals, non-profits and small to mid-sized organizations.
With a background in Psychology (BSc.), Educational Administration & Leadership (M.ED) and Human Resources Management (Post-grad certificate), I bring a decade of experience leading programs, managing change and coaching others to own their expertise. My journey has included executive and leadership roles, strategic pivots and real moments of uncertainty, all of which shape the frameworks, systems development and strategies that inform my work.
